We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager to oversee daily operations in a healthcare facility, ensuring a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for residents.
Manage overall facility operations, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and regulations.
Coordinate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care, including vital sign monitoring and outpatient services.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA to protect resident privacy.
Lead staff training and development to enhance patient services.
Collaborate with medical professionals in a Level I Trauma Center setting for optimal resident care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and operational procedures.
Address resident concerns promptly to foster a supportive living environment.
Experience in healthcare settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities, hospitals, or ICUs is preferred.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care protocols.
Proven leadership in managing healthcare teams.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
