Role: Certified Surgical Tech II
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure proper sterilization of instruments.
- Maintain strict aseptic technique throughout surgical procedures.
- Anticipate surgeon needs and handle surgical instruments efficiently.
- Manage supplies and document procedures accurately.
- Support resident and student education in the OR.
- Collaborate closely with nurses, surgeons, and anesthesia staff.
- Uphold patient safety, innovation, and evidence-based care standards in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certified Surgical Tech credential.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and instrumentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care in a dynamic setting.
