Role: Certified Surgical Technologist
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields to ensure safe surgical environments.
- Select, organize, and handle surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures.
- Perform instrument counts and operate medical equipment accurately.
- Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection-control protocols.
- Support patient positioning and prepping prior to surgery.
- Document procedural details accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certified Surgical Technologist credential.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced OR environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and infection control.
