Role: Certified Surgical Technologist
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field to ensure safe surgical environments.
- Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures by organizing instruments and supplies.
- Perform instrument counts, operate equipment, and adhere to aseptic and infection-control standards.
- Support patient positioning and prepping to facilitate smooth surgeries.
- Accurately document procedures and assist with equipment management.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certified Surgical Technologist credential.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
- Calm demeanor capable of functioning efficiently in a fast-paced OR setting.
- Dedication to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety.
