Key Responsibilities:
- Follow state-specific laws and treatment plans set by supervising OT
- Instruct and assist patients with evidence-based therapies
- Monitor, document, and report patient responses and condition changes

Qualifications & Skills:
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or reliable transportation
- Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments
- Preferred: multitasking, independence, strong communication, organization
