Certified Nursing Assistant – Assisted Living & Memory Care

Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care to residents in assisted living and memory care settings

Assist with daily living activities, supporting mobility and safety

Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions

Create a warm, engaging, and respectful environment for residents

Collaborate closely with nurses and caregiving staff

Build meaningful relationships with residents to enhance their quality of life

Qualifications & Skills:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Compassionate, caring, and patient demeanor

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to support residents with dignity and respect

Key Duties: Supporting residents’ daily needs, ensuring safety, monitoring health changes, and fostering a positive, resident-centered environment.
