Summary
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to older adults in a mission-driven senior living community. Assist residents with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility, and meals while following individualized care plans, safety protocols, and established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Help residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility support.
- Assist with meals and support resident comfort and dignity.
- Monitor residents’ condition and report any changes to the care team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified living environment.
- Collaborate with clinical and hospitality team members to deliver respectful, inclusive care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong attention to resident dignity.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow individualized care plans.
