Provides medical evaluations for alleged child abuse victims as part of a multidisciplinary team, reporting to the Executive Director.
Requires a Certified Nurse Practitioner license, with preferred specialty training in child abuse and at least one year of pediatric clinical experience.
Responsibilities include conducting examinations, taking histories, documenting findings, obtaining lab tests, and preparing detailed reports.
Collaborates with community professionals, reviews cases with peers, and participates in training and quality assurance activities.
Maintains timely documentation, ensures accurate reporting, and engages in ongoing professional development.
