This full-time position requires a Certified Nurse Practitioner with clinical expertise in diagnosing, managing, and treating various medical conditions.
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of disease etiology, risk factors, and presentation, performing accurate assessments and interpreting diagnostic results. Develops and adjusts patient care plans, educates patients and families, and maintains thorough documentation. Provides compassionate, coordinated care across the lifespan, advocating for patients and collaborating effectively with healthcare teams. Engages in continuous learning, self-evaluation, and professional development, while adhering to ethical standards and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Considers cost-effectiveness and evidence-based practices in decision-making and supports organizational standards of care.
