Role & Responsibilities:
Plans and executes personalized physical therapy treatment programs across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric patients. Collaborates effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT); relevant education accepted for prior standards.
- Preferred: At least one year of clinical experience.
- Certification/Licensure:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, required within ninety days of start date.
- Licensed Physical Therapist from the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
- Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification preferred.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy practices and principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
