Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required; relevant educational standards accepted for prior candidates
Experience:
- Preferred: At least one year of clinical experience
Certifications and Licenses:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within ninety days of hire
- Licensed Physical Therapist by the relevant state licensing board
- Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification preferred
