We are seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or Occupational Therapist to support multiple rehabilitation locations across Northwest Metro Atlanta in a flexible PRN role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized rehabilitative programs to restore or improve patient function in activities of daily living, mobility, strength, and coordination.
- Developing and revising treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and physicians.
- Providing patient education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources.
- Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and care plans according to departmental guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining ethical, confidential practices.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Occupational Therapist license and BLS certification required upon hire.
- Effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork skills, and basic computer proficiency.
