Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (1 yr exp preferred)

The Certified Family Nurse Practitioner provides compassionate, patient-centered primary care services under physician supervision, focusing on wellness exams, acute illness visits, and disease management.

Assess, diagnose, and manage patients across all ages, emphasizing prevention and health education.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care.

Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives.

Support health promotion efforts targeting underserved communities.
