The Certified Family Nurse Practitioner provides compassionate, patient-centered primary care services under supervision, focusing on wellness exams, acute illness, and disease management.

Assess, diagnose, and manage patients across the lifespan, emphasizing prevention and continuity of care.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate holistic care.

Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives.

Support health promotion efforts in underserved communities.

Preferred 1 year of experience in HIV care, primary care, or community health. Full-time position with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, and paid time off. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually.
