Role Overview:
The Center Manager (CM) oversees the daily operations of a dialysis clinic, ensuring operational excellence and leading a high-performing, compassionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate patient care and treatment quality to improve patients’ lives
– Lead and mentor staff, fostering high morale and professionalism
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including MDs and satellite employees
– Demonstrate high standards of patient care and compassion
– Promote continuous improvement and staff development
Qualifications and Skills:
– Minimum 1 year of RN experience and 6 months in hemodialysis nursing; management experience preferred
– Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
– Valid RN license in the practice state or per applicable nursing licensure rules
– Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
– Patient-centric approach with a focus on quality care and team development
