Caregiver Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential hands-on support to residents, enhancing their quality of life through personal care and meaningful engagement. Your key responsibilities include assisting with

  • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Following individualized care plans and documenting any changes
  • Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents
  • Engaging residents through conversation and activities to foster a sense of community
  • Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
  • Communicating effectively with families and care teams
  • Creating enriching experiences for residents in Memory Care settings
  • The ideal candidate will have a

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
