Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Following individualized care plans and documenting any changes Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents Engaging residents through conversation and activities to foster a sense of community Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment Communicating effectively with families and care teams Creating enriching experiences for residents in Memory Care settings
The ideal candidate will have a
High School Diploma or GED CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
