Role Overview
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting seniors by assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
You will follow individualized care plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key responsibilities.
In Memory Care settings, you’ll create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, fostering meaningful engagement.
Effective communication with families and care team members is essential to ensure quality care.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
