Role: Caregiver
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities, supporting social and emotional well-being
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members
- Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Must possess an HHA, PCA, or CNA license
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
Key Duties: Providing hands-on personal care, supporting resident safety and independence, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and maintaining effective communication with families and team members.
