Role Overview
The Caregiver provides essential hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. They assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans and documenting any changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, they support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with ADLs and follow care plans
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence

Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
