Caregiver

As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. Support in dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment is essential, along with effective communication with families and care leaders. In Memory Care settings, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key duties include: providing personal care, following care plans, promoting safety and independence, engaging residents, supporting dining, and maintaining a safe environment.
