Caregiver Role Overview

Join a dedicated team focused on enhancing the quality of life for seniors through compassionate, hands-on support. As a Caregiver, your primary responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes, ensuring safety, dignity, and independence are maintained.

You will engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and help create a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will facilitate enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care team members is essential.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Age 18 or older
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
