Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes. They engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with residents, families, and care team members is essential.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties: Providing personalized care, promoting safety and independence, engaging residents, supporting dining, and documenting care activities.
