In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, supporting both residents and their families through effective communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities and personal care
- Document changes and follow care plans
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence
- Engage residents and support dining services
- Maintain a clean environment and communicate effectively with families and care teams
