Role: Lead Caregiver, responsible for providing exceptional resident care, supervising and coaching caregiving staff, and ensuring smooth shift operations.
Key duties: Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, coordinate coverage, provide hands-on support with ADLs, review charting to align with Individualized Service Plans, monitor resident conditions, communicate concerns promptly, support onboarding, and promote safety and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma/GED, CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications, strong communication, delegation, decision-making skills, and experience in assisted living or senior care.
Responsibilities: Act as both a working caregiver and frontline leader, modeling professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service while mentoring team members and ensuring quality resident care.
