Caregiver Role Summary

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, helping with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
They follow individualized service plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
Engaging residents through conversation and daily activities is essential, along with supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
In Memory Care settings, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
