Role: Caregiver at a senior living community, providing hands-on personal care and support to residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes or observations.
- Promote residents’ safety, dignity, and independence.
- Engage residents in conversation and daily activities to enhance well-being.
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
- In Memory Care settings, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED, age 18 or older.
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
