Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, fostering meaningful connections.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties:

• Assist with personal care and daily activities
• Document resident progress and changes
• Support safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents in conversations and activities
• Support dining and maintain a clean environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
• Create meaningful experiences for residents in Memory Care
