Caregiver Role at Senior Living Community

What You’ll Do:
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow individualized care plans and document any changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents
• Engage residents through conversation and activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings

Qualifications & Skills:
• High School Diploma or GED, age 18 or older
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
