Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities is key, and you’ll support dining services while maintaining a welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily personal care

• Engage residents in activities and conversation
