Caregiver Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will be essential in delivering compassionate, hands-on support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life through personal care and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow individualized service plans (ISP) and document any changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence of residents
• Engage residents in conversation and daily activities to foster social connection
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
