Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Follow and document updates to Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care teams
- Create enriching experiences for residents, especially in Memory Care
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Age 18 or older
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
