Care Manager

Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will be a vital part of providing compassionate support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life through hands-on assistance and meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
  • Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes accurately.
  • Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
  • Engage residents through conversation and facilitate daily activities.
  • Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
  • Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
  • In Memory Care settings, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
