Care Manager

Role Overview

The caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. They assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans and documenting any changes. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with ADLs and personal care
  • Follow and document Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
  • Promote safety, dignity, and independence
  • Engage residents in conversation and activities
  • Support dining services and maintain cleanliness
  • Communicate effectively with families and care teams
  • Create meaningful experiences in Memory Care

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
