Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, focusing on enhancing their quality of life through compassionate and respectful care. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans, and ensuring safety, dignity, and independence for residents.

They engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care team members is essential.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
