Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to seniors, focusing on assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.

The role involves following Individualized Service Plans (ISP), documenting changes, and promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, age 18+, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and qualities like compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
