Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide essential personal care and support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life.
In this role, you will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans (ISP) and documenting any changes.
You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversations and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
In Memory Care settings, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Effective communication with families and care team members is essential.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
