Role Overview: As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence among residents
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities to enhance well-being
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Strong compassion, reliability, and communication skills
