As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. Your role involves following Individualized Service Plans (ISP), documenting changes, and promoting safety, dignity, and independence. You will engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, age 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it. The ideal candidate demonstrates compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
