Care Manager

Role Overview

The caregiver provides hands-on support to residents, fostering dignity, safety, and independence. Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and effectively communicating with families and care team members. In Memory Care settings, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
