Caregiver Role Overview
We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with senior residents.
As a Caregiver, your primary responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
You will follow individualized service plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.
Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key duties.
In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and qualities like compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
