Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, they support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ADLs and support their well-being
• Follow and document care plans accurately
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversations
• Support dining and maintain a clean environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams
• Provide enriching experiences in Memory Care settings
