Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides essential hands-on support to residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes.
  • Engage residents through conversation and facilitate daily activities, including supporting dining services.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and support enrichment activities, especially in memory care settings.
  • Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED, age 18 or older.
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
