Role Overview
The Caregiver provides essential hands-on support to residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes.
- Engage residents through conversation and facilitate daily activities, including supporting dining services.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and support enrichment activities, especially in memory care settings.
- Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED, age 18 or older.
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
