Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, fostering independence and dignity while building meaningful relationships. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans, document changes, promote safety, and create a welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they design enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care team members is essential.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Assist residents with daily activities, promote safety and independence

Engage residents through conversation and activities

Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
