Caregiver Role Summary

As a Caregiver, your primary responsibility is to provide hands-on support to residents, helping with

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care

and following

Individualized Service Plans (ISP)

. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, while engaging residents through conversation and activities to enhance their quality of life.

Additional duties include supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and effectively communicating with families and care team members. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is key.

**Qualifications:**

High School Diploma or GED, 18+ age

CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
