We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide hands-on support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life through personal care and meaningful engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Following and documenting Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents
• Engaging residents through conversation and activities
• Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean environment
• Communicating effectively with families and care teams
• Creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and compassion
