Role: Caregiver
Responsibilities: Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care; follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes; promote safety, dignity, and independence; engage residents through conversation and activities; support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment; communicate effectively with families and care leaders; create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care.
Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED; ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification; compassionate, reliable, and strong communication skills.
Key Duties: Assist residents in daily routines, promote quality of life, and foster meaningful relationships. The role emphasizes making a positive impact daily and supporting residents’ well-being.
