Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence while building meaningful relationships. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, in accordance with Individualized Service Plans (ISP). Additionally, caregivers support dining services, maintain a clean environment, and engage residents through conversation and activities. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties:

• Assist residents with ADLs and follow care plans
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents and support daily activities
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams
