Role Overview

The Caregiver is responsible for providing compassionate, hands-on support to residents, promoting safety, dignity, and independence. They assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting any changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key duties. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
